Failed installation fp5 due to anti rollback, e/os 2.2 says march on my phone

I installed e/os recently (today), because I saw the android security update should be June 6th now. My phone’s latest android patch was may 5th.
When I installed the software I saw the installation date of the 2.2 version was march however. Is there anything I can do?

I loaded e/OS on new FP5 two days ago and so far it’s running fine.

Where are you seeing this?

You might see if you can share a screenshot from

Settings > About phone > Android version >

… you may be able to get a screenshot which shows both Android SPL and also Vendor Security Patch Level.
