Fairphone 3 don't work on low battery

If the battery gets lower than ~10% and I use the phone it will drain the battery further and work as expected. But if the phone get’s into standby it will never come back. Even start charging don’t fix it. I have the remove the battery to start it again. If It starts then it has ~5% left and works as expected.

That doesn’t sounds normal to me.

I had this once. First charging didn’t work. The power button did neither activate the screen nor do a proper reboot, it was just without function.

Pulled the accu. After insert the device rebooted having about 6%. Then I could charge as usual.

Getting under 10% is not good. I try to avoid this.
