I wrote an email to the support and they told me an update would be available today, now it looks solved.
Many thanks to the team, soon I will order a fourth phone for my family, everyone’s happy with it so far.
PS: maybe it is me but I feel that the lags are gone, it would not be luxury to have it faster thought but at least I don’t feel that my Fairphone 3 is having a stroke.
