Fairphone 4 - Fastweb compatibility

Hi, Is anybody successfully using Fairphone 4 with (italian) provider Fastweb?
A friend of mine reported severe problem with stock Android 13: no in/out call! Provider’s help desk said to her that her phone doesn’t correctly support their VoLTE service. Even disabling that service the issue is not solved.
I was wonderng if installing /e/OS could be the solution.
