Fairphone 4 lock Bootloader after Web Installer

Hi Guys

So, i just installed e/OS on my Fairphone 4 via the web installer. Everything went smooth. The installer said “complete” step 24/24 and the phone was showing the setup menu so i thought i’m done and unplugged the phone and closed the tab. So far so good. The phone is now running the latest official e/OS build for the Fairphone 4 and i’m happy.

But how do i relock the bootloader? There was no info in the web installer.
Now everytime i restart the phone, there is a warning massage.

If you plan to relock the bootloader after the installlation

this is not mandatoty, and only available with Official version, why relocking ?

Most important thing to take care about is the “android Security Update" aka "Security Patch Level” date (SPL) included in the installed Operating System on your device at time of the unlock.

new version on witch you want to relock the bootloader, must included a NEWER (or the same) “android Security Update" aka "Security Patch Level” date (SPL),

otherwise you risk to change your device into Brick.

Okay, so after reading the post you provided, i’ll just leave it open. As long as my phone doesn’t get stolen by a hacker, i’m pretty much good to go? And i’ll get used to the orange warning screen when restarting the phone every now and then.
