Is this an eSIM? There is currently an issue with eSIM connectivity broken after the most recent update (which has now been pulled for the FP4):

After the update to 2.7 my esim is still not working
Not working could also be an APN problem.
‘Not working’ is very broad, please try to explain further, how it behaves or what you tried. it helps also others what to suggest you.

This is a known issue where fairphone 4 phones lost network connection after the previous update in december 2024. The newest update to 2.7 states in the release notes that this connection failure using esim was corrected. It wasn’t. My fp4 still only works on wifi. It was working perfectly b4 the december update
