Fairphone 4 USB Sound far too loud

Hi, I’ve bought the /e/os fairphone 4 with usb audio adapter. The sound in my earpieces is super loud, especially when I get calls, but also when the alarm rings. I put all the sounds to a minimum level but still it hurts my ears if someone calls or the alarm goes off.

Is there any trick, any hidden menu to further reduce the sound via usb dongle?
