Btw, even though my phone boot loops into the fast boot, is there a risk of reinstalling the FP OS now ? Or could it bring it back to working ?

As long as the phone holds stable Fastboot mode it should be fine to install FairphoneOS.

Goodness :slightly_smiling_face: are you still back at Fairphone 5 does not start after step 24 /24 of the easy installer - #11 by aibd and Fairphone 5 does not start after step 24 /24 of the easy installer - #12 by Pierr0; and we have been going round in circles about locking.

Part of the reason for the misunderstanding is that there is no hazard of bricking the phone by install only by lock (which must happen after install).

Thanks, but isn’t it this OS I should install?
Or can I go straight for the 3.0.4 anyway?

So maybe there is some delay in publishing 3.0.4 you could wait or install currently published 3.0.2 but it is significant
