I couldnt install apps from fdroid this morning so i reinstalled the app.
Now its doesnt even load the repositorys.
Does anybody know about a major outtage?

No problem for me. With un-re-install, are ‘Other sources’ still allowed ?
Settings > Security > Unknown sources
and
Settings > Apps > F-Droid > Authorization

Yes its allowed.
I finally solved it.
The battery optimization was the problem, quite agressive though if it can be even a problem when the app isnt in background.
