Feature phones crosscall or nokia supported?

Hi - i am new here as e/OS was recommended as alterbnative OS. i don’t like smartphones for several reasons, so i am currently using a crosscall Core S4 before that a Nokia T800. both run on kaiOS which is somehow ok, but its not good. no calendar synchronisation, not really stable.

is there a chance to install e(OS on the crosscall core S4 ?

the only crosscall refernce i found here is the X3 - a smartphone with touchscreen, so imho not comparable to the X4.

Regain your privacy! Adopt /e/OS the deGoogled mobile OS and online servicesphone

e/OS is only available for phones that are released with Android OS.
AFAIK the phones that you mention use KaiOS so can’t install e/OS

any suggestions for a phone that could run e/OS ? - small, keypad, water & shockproof, long battery life. bluetooth. no apps, no whatsapp, just phone and SMS / Textmessages essential.

If you can unlock the bootloader, then you could install an Unofficial /e/GSI,
(Generic System Image)

In my opinion if you really want “no apps”, and “don’t like smartphones” e/OS/ is not for you.
But you also mentioned “calendar synchronization” in your original post, so I guess you do want a calendar app, and possibly other features?

calendar should be available

summarized my fovourite was the old nokia 3720 - small, ok outdoors, bluetooth for handsfreespeaking and perfect sync via nokia suite.
my “no apps” menas whatsapp, pdf reading, browsing or so. calendar would be good, that the main thing i miss on the crosscall under kaios.

when /e/OS present 15 icons, my father’s stock Samsung present more than 40 icons !
