[FEATURE PROPOSAL] Add share to browser

Like Firefox has « share to Firefox » which let you either:

  • send the url to one of your account connected browsers
  • open the link in Firefox
  • add to bookmarks

I’d like to have at least open the link in browser. It’s much faster than copy paste, and sometimes it’s hard to copy.

In the /e/ browser Share is in the menu and in the toolbar if you have it displayed. Share is available when long pressing a URL. Then a window of anything you can share it with, including installed browsers, will appear.

Even highlighted text URLs (not links) can be opened by a browser of one’s choice. (EDIT: This last one is actually part of the ROM and not the browser. Sorry.)
Exactly what is it that you’re asking for that it doesn’t do.
