This feature is very useful and exists on original browser : there’s a toggle in privacy settings to able or disable.

I assume you mean Incognito Screenshot? You can enable/disable various Chromium features manually.
In the address bar type in
chrome://flags/
And hit enter.
Type into the search bar for screenshot and you’ll find related options. The feature you want may be there.
