Featury inquiry: 'murena casa'

Hello everyone!

I have an odd inquiry and would like to know your opinion.

I own a eOS fairphone with a 1TB cloud subscription. Additionally I have a home server running Fedora with 10TB RAID5 drive and 2x 6TB RAID0 backup drive. Im using the 321 backup concept where murena cloud is my online storage.

On my server I have a shitload of docker images running, nextcloud, immich, vaultwarden, home assistant, jellyfin with jellyseer and piracy stuff. My whole philosophy is to give american big tech the middle finger, host as much as I can myself and if needed only go for european alternatives (Vivaldi, BookBeat, Tidal etc).

While I have everything working, I’m not an IT person, I’m a (sustainable energy) mechanical engineer, so this all is a hobby for me.

Here comes my question:

I have quite a few friends who really also like to get off big tech and want to get into the eOS ecosystem with fairphone. However, the eOS ecosystem is ‘rather limited’ (i know this is stretching it, please bear with me). Its a good replacement for cloud backup and nextcoud, but it would be really cool if the additional services like immich, vaultwarden etc could be deployed using a one-click system like you see in casaOS, possibly with a subscription fee added to it so these third parties could also benefit from this.

Would it possibly be a nice addition for the eOS buisiness model to add such features?

One additional nice feature that already exists is that murena feature have auto-backup to the phone filesystem. This would mean that each phone could serve as an ‘edge node’ to make a backup to support as a support of the 321 backup philosophy.

Does murena have some ideas about this? Or do these companies possibly exist already?

I would love to give more money to Murena, thats for sure.

Edit: I did look around and found elqstio. Looks perfect initially. But when looking deeper found out it’s an Israeli company. That’s a big nope. They might be ‘EU compliant’ but Israel is the biggest surveillance country in the world. And thats not even talking about the big bloody blown up malnourished elephant in the room…
