I have made an automated task using Tasker. Each time the phone is plugged in, it resets the counter. Then, as soon as the phone is unplugged from the charger, it monirors screen on time as well as total since unplugged + battery percentages. I did this because I only charge up to 80% but the battery settings always report stats since last full charge only (100%).
