Files suddenly gone & occasional restart

Device: Xiaomi 12 cupid
OS: 3.1.1 A15

  1. Copied a few music files (flac) from my Kodi instance to the phone via Kore app. Worked fine, went ahead, listened to that music. Couple days later files are suddenly gone/lost/deleted. Only folders are left. WTF??

  2. From time to time my device just restarts. Had that two or three times now. Iirc two times it was while charging it. Again - WTF??

What’s your opinion on this?
Anyone got some feedback using same device?

I am a bit concerned tbh.
