FP3+: snow screen occurring more often

Icve tried pressing the screen to make sure contacts are working but it doesn’t always work. This morning I had to take the battery out 3 times as I could not remove the snow as the power button did a short deep vibration but would not respond. Would you advise I purchase a new screen module? When I finally got the phone backup and running it had set the date to 15.09.2025 instead of 12.10.2025, and the time was set to 16:24 when it was actually 10:50. Had to turn off auto time and date to manually correct. The battery in use is the second one from new (first battery replacement) which I purchased just over a year ago).
Since the problems that happened this morning, the default browser search bar is now at the bottom of the screen:

Sorted the browser issue by long press on search bar and option came up to move to the top, so that bit is sorted. Main issue is snow screen recurring.

Upgrading to a Fairphone 6.

users reported re-setting the connector physically can help if you got that type of snow -

Hi, I’ve done this on numerous occasions but it still keeps occurring. Have ordered a Fairphone 6.
