Fp5 issue - Can't connect to the camera

Dear community,

I am using /e/OS on my fairphone 5 for a few weeks now and I am mostly happy. I am using the fp 5 camera app and yesterday for the first time after dawn. Unfortunately I got this error message “Can’t connect to the camera”.

This is reproducible today but only in dim light, in daylight it just works fine.

Any help is appreciated.

The issue is already under investigation at Gitlab :

Thank you, I missed that one, apparently my search terms were not matching. I don’t maintain a gitlab account but will follow the issue manually.
