FP5 relocking the boatloader after e/OS webinstaller

I installed e/OS on my FairPhone 5 with the web installer. The install itself was succesful. But it did not lock the boatloader afterwards. Also i tried to install apps via the Applaunch, but was not able to install anything, with and without an google account. First, i really would like to lock the boatloader again. How to proceed with this? And also, is this a known issue with the webinstaller? or is it “normal” the boatloader isnt locked afterwards?

Regain your privacy! Adopt /e/OS the deGoogled mobile OS and online servicesphone

Personal view, the Web Installer will avoid taking you into the “Lock” step because the user must be fully aware of the anti-rollback hazard.

(Aside – I would be interested to know if running the installer you were briefed about this hazard?)

The locking method and the anti rollback hazard is described fully on the install page Install /e/OS on a Fairphone FP5 - “FP5”.

Please take some time to read the “Red box” Caution and the “Details” section which is at first hidden on the page with a triangular device like this
