APP & Settings Transfer should be available in advanced settings or the APP Lounge IMO.

are you thinking of “Andoid Switch” or the screen where LineageOS would offer a Seedvault restore? Indeed /e/OS doesn’t have that Seedvault restore screen active.
Can you post a screenshot / link from what you think should be available?

that cable transfer isn’t part of /e/OS or LineageOS (it should be Android Switch, but unsure).
Looking at your post history, is this a transfer from a FP4 /e/OS to a FP6 ? then you can use Seedvault - just later than the setup via Settings. At best it needs an FP4 on /e/OS Android 14 though
Seedvault is not recognizing the SD card from my FP4. Astonished how difficult this is!
but the system recognizes the sdcard? what version (esp. Android version) is the backup source?

The cable transfer is illustrated in the documentation that came with the phone.
The back up system does not recognize the two working SD cards that I’ve tried.
Are you working at fair phone or Murena? Can you open a support ticket or is that this?
The cable transfer screenshot you posted comes from the stockrom setup of Fairphone 6. As said, this isn’t available in /e/OS. The official /e/OS migrate docs are here.
With the exception of manoj moderating here it’s a user forum. If you bought hardware from either of them you can write murenas helpdesk (bottom) or fairphones per email.
If the source device is on /e/OS too, you could also just add the same user if you have one and get the basics via murena.io?
