The cable transfer screenshot you posted comes from the stockrom setup of Fairphone 6. As said, this isn’t available in /e/OS. The official /e/OS migrate docs are here.
With the exception of manoj moderating here it’s a user forum. If you bought hardware from either of them you can write murenas helpdesk (bottom) or fairphones per email.
If the source device is on /e/OS too, you could also just add the same user if you have one and get the basics via murena.io?
