FP6+ with e/OS. Cannot login into Claude app

Hello everyone.

On FP6+ with e/OS v4.3

Installed the Claude app.

The Login usually works like this:

  • I give my email

  • I receive an email with a link to Sign in

  • I click the link

  • Login is successful

If I try from my FP6+, the Login cannot be completed (it tells me I should check my internet connection, which is obviously working, since I did the rest).

It doesn’t seem to be an issue with the Trackers.

Any idea on how to solve this?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Can you access the same service through a web page in the web browser? Whenever possible, it is usually the best way to ensure compatibility and minimise the private data tracking.

Thanks, that was a good point and I tried: in browser it works, the app still doesn’t.

While I agree that the browser route is probably better to minimize data tracking, I still find problematic that the app doesn’t work. Also because I have some other less important apps where currently I cannot login, so I was hoping to solve it for one and then maybe also for the others

FYI, the apps currently not allowing me to login are the Payback app and the Easypark app.

Ok then it is possible that those apps require Play integrity check that MicroG cannot offer at the moment. It is also possible that you access those apps through Tor network because you activated advanced privacy IP hiding, which may be blocked by many providers.

Regarding play integrity, most banking apps do not enforce it, which proves that it is not necessary implying that the app providers who enforce play integrity should be avoided to put some market pressure against those unsound policies. The point of /e/os is in part to fight against closed standards and monopolistic trends that have a negative impact on consumers and citizen.

Try using another parking app and another agent app like proton Lumos or the Infomaniak equivalent.

FYI;

Like I already mentioned on the FP forums, Claude App v.1.261014.20 works for me on /e/OS 4.3 on a FP6 (non +).
