Hi, the last two weeks I got frequent error messages about authentication errors when connecting to the Murena cloud (contacts, calendar, tasks etc.). Up to an error that said “maximum amount of errors reached”.
But - I can open the Murena cloud with no problems, and I haven’t changed the credentials of my account on murena.io at all and haven’t altered any other setting locally…
So this could be a bug on either the phone or the cloud side…
Today I updated to the latest version of /e/OS, which is 3.7.3.
I was switching phones the other day and I could not login to my Murena account for about an hour then all of a suddenly it worked. Also just now when I send the link to login it took longer than normal to arrive. So possibly there is work being done in background.
I am unsure how to clear the login cache from the phone if that is even possible.
Yes, at the moment the problems seem to have disappeared here, too. But in the past there have always been days with login errors and days without - while I never changed anything and no updates arrived on the phone, so I must suspect that these are internal Murena problems - that come and go? A caching problem maybe (on the server side)?
I’m currently getting repeated notifications: “Authentication failed (check login credentials)”
This is eroding my confidence in the Murena Cloud and its applications, even though they sometimes synchronise (in spite of failed authentication?) and would be an altogether fine alternative to G, A & MS if only…
