I’ve searched and searched, but I’m not finding any indication that /e/ (or TWRP or ANY other os) can be installed on this particular model of Galaxy, is this correct?
Anyone have any information on making it happen?

As it looks now, yes. The US and Canada versions of Galaxy S9 / S9+ cannot be unlocked because as far as i know these versions are carrier (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) locked and carriers usually never allow bootloader unlocking. These carriers protect their territory and their sources of cash income…
