As it looks now, yes. The US and Canada versions of Galaxy S… cannot be unlocked because as far as i know these versions are carrier (Verizon, AT&T, etc.) locked and carriers usually never allow bootloader unlocking. These carriers protect their territory and their sources of cash income…
