Gallery app does not display wepb images nor sort chronologically properly

Hi,

it seems the default Gallery app does not recognize the Webp format, which is one of the format used by the default camera app.

Also, the default Gallery app does not sort chronologically properly videos and photos, this issue being probably related to the first one. So, when one user opens the Gallery app from the Camera app, it does
display the last video or photo taken.

I wanted to do a bug report, but I actually cannot create an account on the Gitlab.
