Hi,
I recently brought a refurbished Galaxy S7 from you, about 2 weeks ago today, and it’s all being going great so far. However, after the initial charge in which the battery did get to 100% it has never charged more than 87% since. I’ve charged it 4-5 times since then, one time with the battery fully drained and another after clearing the battery cache but nothing has fixed this.
No matter how long I leave it charging it just stops at 87%, any ideas on how to fix this or is this a faulty battery/phone?
