Hi there, I am a newbie, just installed .e.OS 2.8 on google pixel 4a-5g, everything fine till now.
I noticed that stock camera applicaiton is starting very slow, and I already wanted to install gcam. so, what is your proposal which version is the best suitable for this model of phone?
if somebody can post a link for DL, would be fine.

If with slow start you mean about a 10 second delay then that is a bug. It is reported here:

still waiting for some advice and link for a suitable good version of GCam.

tried proposed solution, but it doesn’t work - after changing this setting, it can not keep it, and revert it on next restart of application.
is there some other solution?

I never tried to change the setting. But please write into Gitlab that it doesn’t work.
