I have just installed Q on a XA2 which works like a charm. What I miss with the /e/ Recovery is the Backup and sideload function. So I wanna get TWRP back on the device.
What do I have to consider with the installation to avoid harming my current /e/?

I can only advise from experience with the XA2 H3113 pioneer, twrp-3.4.0-1-pioneer.img and the accompanying twrp installation zip.
You have to be very careful to follow the twrp install instructions exactly: use the command " fastboot boot " to temporarily boot the twrp image and install the zip.
