GitLab sign up not working

Hi there, I tried to sign up to GitLab here:
https://gitlab.e.foundation/users
User name is available, I use the e-OS xxxx@e.mail address or any other email and a password of more then 8 chars, but I keep receiving the message:

1 error prohibited this user from being saved:

Email domain is not authorized for sign-up.

I know this is not the perfect forum for this, but where else should I put it?

Hi, Pl send a mail with your details to helpdesk@e.email.
Recently we had some issues with dummy accounts clogging up the system. As a precaution new signups are not allowed from specific domains. You have to send the details to the team which will then manually create an account for you …based on your preferences.
