I’m probably naive, but I see instructions about “repartitioned” device… but that’s unclear what’s expected : repartitioned (how ?) before attempting the install, or after ?
Also, I have a doubt, is “flox” the same as “flo” device ? Or is this repartitioning thing related to the device code change ?
adb sideload /path/to/flo-deb_clamor_repartition.zip
the sideload of a zip containing some shell scripts does the repartitioning automatically, depending on encountered partition sizes. So running it twice on an already partitioned device by the same script will do no harm.

as you suspected, the x is added to the device codename after repartitioning
The x-variante is the one with an in built lte modem, whereas without x means no modem installed. By flashing the appropriate twrp recovery from flox onto a flo device, it will automatically accept the flox image which runs butter smooth.
Anyhow, any updates for our device? The last image dates back to September '22.
Lineage Wiki in flox:
Due to this, in-place upgrades from users on
flo
builds will not work, so we chose to rebrand the repartitioned device toflox
.
Not sure if there more specifics or the LTE variant had the bigger partition layout from the start and ran as flox already.
