Google One (backup app) doesn't work

I’ve decided to uninstall /e/OS and move back to the FP4 official Android version, but one thing I don’t know how to back up are text messages. I wanted to use Google One for this, since Seedvault is not available for Android. But Google One upon opening doesn’t work:

Using /e/OS 3.1.1 on FP4.

Install some sms backup app then.

Or just backup the SMS message from right within the app itself. I also thought Seedvault worked with Android? least I saw talk of this app in this forum?

Yeah that worked and I did. Seedvault requires customizing an image according to the GitHub page, so the FP4 image I don’t want to customize.
