I bought your Google Pixel 5 Camera

part I am having a problem or issue with the camera, when I rotate the phone there is a active box that always tries to do the opposite I want it to do this line box keeps rotating and crops my image and if I zoom in and try to stay still the image keeps moving and very difficult to keep the image in the window still moves around with with the slightest movement. is there a way to shut this auto what ever you call this OFF?

Other than this and an issue I have with the USB, the setting on the tethering will not activate allowing me to use USB file transfer they are grayed out and the soft switch will not allow me to move them and I am in the Developer mode. I had great difficulty trying to transfer a vcf file and it won’t let me. I tried Bluetooth,email even Dropbox. I get “Permanent Failure” no mater what method I use to try and transfer the file.
other than these two issues I love the phone and no ad’s

on I) can you post a screenshot of what you mean? OpenCamera has many settings, whatever you’d want to disable, there should be a knob for it - Open Camera Help

if you’re frustrated, “Secure Camera” is a good and simple camera app alternative.

II) if usb fails you, https://localsend.org/ via the same wifi / network is pretty convenient. I searched the forum for “pixel usb” to see if there’s a common issue, but it was inconclusive

Thanks for the reply! I found out it the box that tried to auto level. I found that on open camera help

The other issue is when I zoom way in and when I mount the camera to were it’s not moving the image is still wiggling around and this gets worse when I try and the image in the center. The camera is fighting me all the time to get clear images. Maybe I can find the proper setting to shut this stuff off. Very annoying to say the least.

Even the zoom in ls less sensitive but still moves.
