Google removing Pixel device support from AOSP

I’m just curious if Murena already has a stance on the diminishing support for the Pixel from AOSP and how or if this change by Google may negatively impact the functionality of /e/OS on the Pixel.

Source:

To clarify: I’m not asking anything be done, I just want to plan ahead so I can determine if I need to prepare to move to another Murena device like a FairPhone or one of the other Murena devices.

My current device is an eBay-bought, refurbished Pixel 6 which (at the time I bought it) was one of the most recommended devices. Currently, it works great. If this change eventually means my Pixel will drop dead, become degraded in some fashion, etc. I just want to know so I can be prepared. I’m 100% satisfied with /e/OS so really I’m just fact-finding.

Thanks!
