I am having a similar issue with my FP5 and the camera app. While I have disabled the Advanced Privacy setting on geolocation, yet the GPS location of my pictures is offset by hundreds of km (they appear to be in another country).
In OSM though, the location seems to be pretty accurate. Might this, then, be an issue with the (default) camera app?
