GPS give no location on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10

Hi,

My Galaxy Note 10 is installed with e/OS/ 1.1-20220628200015.

There are two issues wich are of some importance :

  • The GPS is not working (no data, regardless of the application Maps, Waze or Magic Earth),
  • I tried to record my fingerprint. During the process, the system told me that the time was over and now I can’t record my finderprint anymore.

Anyone to give me some advices or solutions ?

Ok it’s stupid : I had to activate the GPS !
Sorry, there is a lot of parameters, so I missed it.

Now everything seems to work properly.
