Green app icons: can not uninstall this app

my phone shows a few green app icons of apps that seem to be in error. I am not able to uninstall. Whenever I try to I get message ‘can not uninstall this app’.
How can I uninstall or delete these invalid app icons?

I use Android 7.1.2 System version 0.14.2021012888013

Have you tired wiping launcher cache ?

Yes, I wiped cache of Bliss launcher, but with no success.

This happens also happens to me.

Deleting both data and cache of Bliss Launcher works to remove those, but the configuration (the place for each icon) is lost

I changed to OpenLauncher, that fits betterfor me.
