Ma mère a un problème avec son téléphone Gigaset 290 commandé en mai 2021.
Pendant ses communications, elle n’entend pas son correspondant alors que ce dernier l’entend bien. CEPENDANT, la fonction haut-parleur et le kit main libre marche très bien, eux.
Étant à 200 km, j’ai essayé de reproduire une possible erreur de manipulation sur mon téléphone (de même modèle) et je n’ai rien trouvé. Je pense donc à un défaut matériel de l’écouteur. Mais pourquoi ??? 
Des idées ? Sinon quelles démarches doit-elle faire pour renvoyer son téléphone ?
NB: je lui ai fait faire la dernière mise à jour (0.19), des redémarrages, une recharge complète et son volume est bien au maximum.

My mother has a problem with her Gigaset 290 phone ordered in May 2021.
During her calls, she can’t hear the person she is talking to, even though he can hear her.
Meanwhile, the speakerphone and the hands-free kit work very well.
Being 200 km away, I tried to reproduce a possible handling error on my phone (of the same model) and I found nothing. So I think it’s a material defect of the headset. But why ???
Any ideas? If not, what steps should she take to return her phone?
NB: I made her do the last update (0.19), restarts, a full charge and its volume is well at maximum.
