I tried using the easy installer with windows 10.
It said I was succesful but then my phone went black and it won’t turn on again
It seems some of us encountered the same problem on the first try…

Was the phone fully updated before starting the installation?

I had this. Make sure you have at least 6Gb or more of free space on your drive.
