Hard reset uneffective?

Hi,

This is my 1st post in the community :slight_smile:

Here are the details : I have a brand new Blackview A80 Pro and try to install /e/OS on it following the post here
Trouble is that I cannot connect to my phone to allow my computer to recognize it (by running …/adb devices & …/fastboot devices)
I tried a Hard Reset (YT post iis here) but it keep asking me my 'previous google account" or “the previous pattern”

But, if I Hard Reseted the phone, why is it keeping asking the previous datas ??
In Hard rest mode, I’ve chosen “clear eMMC”, is there any other choice to select ?

Admittedly, I have never used a Google account with the Google Play Store – but from all I know, such an account must be actively disconnected from the device, probably in the account’s online settings. These might also be found in the device settings.
