Having trouble receiving mail from any Microsoft server

I’ve noticed an odd issue recently, that for whatever reason any e-mails I send to my Murena account from my personal Outlook account or my school e-mail (which is powered by Office 365), never show up. But for whatever reason, I actually can send e-mail from my Murena account to either of those accounts and it will show up.

That is, it seems like mail from Outlook/Microsoft is just not reaching my inbox, either via a client or webmail.

EDIT: Some stuff I typed here was automatically turned into links, and sometimes that gets me in trouble with spam filters… had to make it so it didn’t look like a URL because it jumped to conclusions about what I was typing…

We have an issue in Gitlab where user has mentioned difficulty in receiving mail from hotmail and infomaniak. Issue has been marked confidential by user who raised it as it may contain logs, and might not open up completely. Details have been shared with developers to check and comment.
