I have Danalogic Ambio S 67 hearing aids which work fine using Bluetooth with my FP4 running e/OS 3.1.4, except for using the phone app. Phone calls via Signal or Whatsapp work fine, but there is no sound for normal phone calls until I switch to Speaker. Strangely, the phone does ring in my hearing aids when I get a call, but then there is nothing to be heard.
I have searched the forum for hearing aid related threads, but can’t find one that matches this case.
Is this likely to be a problem with e/OS, or with the hearing aids, or with the phone? Any suggestions welcome!
would be good to establish if things work with stockrom the device. Have you looked into the major thread with the hearing-aid tag at the Fairphone forum?
there’s one hit on “danalogic” - but from 2022 and on a FP3. You could DM for explicit feedback - but a Fairphone response from 2022 doesn’t seem encouraging if things haven’t changed since:

I’m not familiar enough with ASHA to know if it’s a hard pre-condition to make the dialer app work with it.
