Help: Lost access to Murena Passwords

Hey,

i lost access to my murena password.

I changed my password today & i can login to murena workspace using the New password.

After logging in to murena Workspace i wanted to login to Murena Passwords. But the New password doesnt work. And also the old one which i Still got in my history doesnt work neither.

Tried debugging with:

  • Relogging

  • Using different device

  • Waiting 3 hours.

Now i can login into workspace but i cant access my password APPs. @Manoj can you help me?

Hey,
thanks for your fast reply. I found out that i have to reset my passwords as well, but i cant because i dont have access anymore. Logging in into murena passwords there is no option to reset it as well :confused: didnt find options in settings also.

To reset the Murena account password you use the lost password option. The user has to do the reset for their account.

Hey @Manoj ,

using this reset Option worked on resetting murena workspace reset. But afterwards i still cant login into murena passwords..

Let me check with the developers what can be done to reset the Murena Passwords app.
