Hotmail uk setup

Hi

Does anyone know how to setup the /e email with a hotmail uk account? When I try to login to get permissions the whole thing halts and goes nowhere with or without VPN

hotmail being microsofts login, there is an upcoming fix in v2.6 or v2.7 by the latest to make it work - until then using the k9mail App will help.

Just FYI: K9 Mail (on which the /e/OS mail app is based) has become Thunderbird for Android. Both apps are the same, K9 Mail just has a different branding. It is of course possible that the K9 Mail brand will be discontinued in the future - but I actually don’t know.

K9 that’s what my wife’s using at present. Good to know that there’s genuine problem and not something we were doing wrong.
