Is it normal that the Wifi Hotspot connection is cut off when using the phone for calls?

Yeah, because your phone has to switch to gsm network. And while doing that, it cannot use 4G or 5G. But if you use VoLTE, then the phone calls are using LTE (4,5G) and you can use internet while having a phone call. This saved me a some online meetings
