how can I make the murena cloud calendar update more frequently? I have made a change one hour ago and it still is not synched on my Fairphone which is charging on my desk.

In Settings > Accounts > Your murena account > My account > Settings > Your murena account > Wheel at the top right > Sync frequency
The most frequent is every 15 min.

relevant: davx5 4.5 can now do WebDAV Push and use UnifiedPush as transport instead of FCM too.

High frequency polling will keep the device from going into sleep
