How do I access voicemail on my /e/ os on pixel 5

I received my phone and it works great. But… I’ve never used android, so the learning curve is a double whammy. Where is voice mail and how do I access it?

Figured it out - hold 1 and it’ll dial the configured vm number over in dialer settings. Apparently, there’s nothing like visual voicemail in android?

Android has Visual Voicemail, but the default implementation in Google Phone/Dialer relies upon a ton of Google Mobile Services stuff. I’ve never seen this working outside of stock ROMs with full Google software/components.

Your carrier should have it’s own Visual Voicemail app.
