How does e/OS compare with Graphene OS?

Until recently I was happy ish with my Lineage OS on my Redmi smartphone. However a number of articles about lack of security prompted me to look for alternatives. I recently discovered Graphene OS and was about to purchase a Google Pixel phone (ironic I know) to install it and then came across e/OS.

So is there anyone out there with experience of both OS’s who could give an opinion ?
