How many eSIM can be saved on a Fairphone 4?

How many eSIM can be installed on a Fairphone 4? I cannot find the info on the net, so I hope that you guys know better.

Until someone can provide first-hand experience – my Fairphone Community Aachen fellow organizer has reported in the past that in theory there is no limit (he uses two eSIMs on his FP4). However, only one eSIM can be active (and he is using the FP4 with the default Fairphone OS, not /e/OS).

Too bad that I can’t use two eSIMs. My main phone number is an eSIM, so I can switch to hardware SIM during travels.

I wanted to use the Red Bull eSIM in Turkey, so I would not have to buy and register a SIM over there… It seems that this could be made better in the future firmware.

The limit of 4 eSIM is confirmed by the Fairphone support.
