Hi,
I recently bought a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017). I got rid of Android and installed /e/. Everything was working fine until one day, all of a sudden, the loudspeaker stopped working.
I cannot remember the phone falling prior to this event. Restarting did not help, neither did cleaning.
The phone being refurbished, I don’t know whether it is a hardware problem or an OS problem.
I would like to enter the diagnostic menu to check the speaker. I found several Android codes to access it such as *#7353# or *#0*# or *#0673#
but none of them work (meaning nothing happens when I dial them).
I have tried *#*#7353#*#*
and combinations of the sort but it didn’t help.
How to access diagnostic menu on a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) running on /e/ (a5y17lte 20210528.170255) ?
Thanks in advance for your help!
