How to adjust shutter speed

Is it possible to adjust shutter speed in the Camera app? Mine always seems to choose 1/24 or slower regardless of lighting conditions resulting in many blurry photos.

Running e_lake-userdebug 10 QQ3A.200805.001 eng.root.20211027.035838 dev-keys,dev-release on a Moto Revvlry+.

Is Camera2 API enabled ?

Thanks for that. Camera2 API was already enabled. I think my phone’s camera just sucks.
